Therapy Austin is wonderful place to take your first step to \Self Actualization\. We can only heal if we know our own true nature. The therapists here realize that and are very adept at helping a person navigate the path to peace, understanding, and love of your self. A person is only capable of loving others only if they accept themselves - both the light and dark side . I am so impressed with the guidance these therapist give a client in achieving that goal. Bravo to Therapy Austin.

I would caution any non-heterosexual couples from utilizing couple's therapy services here. Worked with a counselor for several weeks who seemed fresh out of grad school and very puzzled by the dynamics of a same-sex relationship. It was very difficult trying to break through to the meat of the issues. This experience extended into our 1:1 session. I have received far superior services from Capital Area Counseling for a literal fraction of the cost.
