The office staff are really pleasant and efficient. The office is clean and modern, they have phlebotomy on-site, and parking is easy. Dr. Crear is the first primary care doctor that has ever taken the time to explain to me exactly what's going on with my body and what steps are available to improve my health. She is encouraging, knowledgeable, and clearly values staying up-to-date on new developments in health science. I leave visits with her feeling empowered, focused, and with a clear idea of what to do next. She is a gem!

Set appointment over the phone yesterday and got seen today. Filled out paperwork via email. First impression; clinic is clean and modern. Greeted by friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. Walked in and walked out. It was seamless. Minimum wait time and Dr. Crear was friendly, thorough and answered all my questions. What's not to like about the whole experience?

Yesterday I had my third annual checkup with Thrive Medical Clinic. I really enjoy Thrive as a primary care practice, and my experience has only gotten better and better as they continue to grow. I see Dr. Crear who is kind, easy to talk to, professional, and caring. I've also seen Dr. Venghaus who embodies these values as well. It's super easy to make an appointment and I've never had to wait long. Their patient portal is also easy to use and provides for a streamlined experience. I've also had no issues with insurance, billing, referrals, etc. I would definitely recommend Thrive for anyone looking for a primary care practice!

I was looking for a new primary care doctor and fortunately I found Dr. Crear at the Thrive Medical Clinic. She is a wonderful doctor! She is knowledgeable, caring and she listens to my concerns. She has never made me feel rushed at a visit, and I feel very comfortable discussing matters with her. She has helped me get my cholesterol under control and made suggestions to lower blood sugar without having to go on medication. While doing this, she keeps an eye on how this all effects my overall health. I am so happy that I found her! When I have been to the clinic, it is always clean and cheerful and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Thrive Medical Clinic and Dr. Crear!
