I've worked with the crew at Titan for almost 15 years now. The owners are really nice and wholeheartedly care about their clients and providing a successful relationship. I'm a manager at a mortgage company and we rely on Titan's appraisal team to provide us with good service, accurate market valuations, and a quick turnaround. We send them a ton of business and they are our favorite local appraisal group. They also have real estate brokerage, property management services, and commercial property representation. They are successful and knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate. I've had many clients I've referred them to who were truly grateful for the introduction. This group truly does it all and does it well. There's no doubt this company is top notch. I noticed a few negative reviews which seem to be regarding property management. That's surprising as I've never heard ONE complaint from anyone, and as I mentioned I've been working with them for almost 15 years now. I would imagine some tenants are just more difficult to please, but I would think the staff at Titan tried their best. Don't focus on those, these guys are great, and I honestly feel people are at a disadvantage if they don’t work with them.

Beyond that, I have referred them to many clients in need of an appraisal and am always impressed with the reports I review. I love that Titan Real Estate is an Austin built & rooted company and had nothing short of a pleasant experience working with them. Titan is, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and professional in the real estate market. I especially appreciated the accuracy & timeliness of how fast the appraisal was submitted. I had an agreement with Titan Real Estate for over five years as a property management company. They did not honor our agreement and have not been good partners in seeking resolution. For months, my home was not listed and was unmarketed. I was intentionally misled to believe that it was. Beyond this, I was not informed that one of the bathtubs had separated from the floor and walls, that there was a leak, or that there was roof damage. When I requested any kind of documentation related to repair requests, potential tenant viewings, and listings, I was either denied or provided incomplete and inaccurate information. Despite having requested (and paid for) landscaping, the landscaping was so unruly that it tore through a screen and nearly completely covered the windows. Titan did not complete a walkthrough of the property after the tenants left despite what was stated in the signed contract. At the start of our agreement, Titan was responsive and helpful but at some point there was a significant change. I do not recommend partnering with them. Although our agreement has ended, they have yet to remove their lockbox from my house despite my request.
