This is an excellent gym for fitness, boxing, or both. The fitness classes will smoke you if you put out the effort, and the heavy bag aspect is great for stress relief. If you also want to actually learn to box, this is the place to go. The boxing coaches are professional, patient, and are looking out for you. Most importantly, the staff and the crowd here are awesome. This place can easily become your second (or primary) home.

I am so happy to have found this place! This place is very clean and neat- the staff are very courteous and friendly! Cory, their head personal trainer goes above and beyond to help you with the goals you have, not hers! Bryan is the manager and does a great job of being interactive with the people that are there. He just doesn’t stay behind a desk! I truly enjoy this gym!

Absolutely fantastic place to train and get in shape. The facilities are great with enough bags to ensure that you'll never have to be 'waitlisted'. The personal training and friendly atmosphere is what keeps me coming back, and Brian is the man!
