I'm sure there might be a better irrigation company in Austin, but I haven't found them any better than Top Choice. It is important to note that they bought Bluebird Irrigation and were smart enough to keep its owner, Gary on the team. Gary is the best and his team, especially Derrick are the best in town. Any irrigation work you need, these guys should be your only call.

Top Choice has been doing our lawn for several years now. They always show up and do a great job. If you call customer service they are exceptional. They listen to you and solve the issue. A different company was scheduled to do our lights. They didn't show up or call. I called Top Choice. They got us on the schedule and did an exceptional job. Steve too has done a good job helping us get our landscaping work mapped out and executed. All together they're extremely professional and deliver. Today they worked on my sprinkler system. Derrick did an excellent job. I had a few areas that were flooding. He fixed the pipe damage quickly and got everything working again. He was very professional and helpful.
We have used and loved Top Choice for about 3 years now and they are awesome!! When we moved into our house, we had no idea the amount of work the landscaping would require and chose to have professionals take care of that for us. Price wise they were more expensive than some other companies I found, but their reviews were stellar and I read some horror stories of people whose lawn companies made their lives more stressful, not less. We chose to go with them, and it has been totally worth it! We recently decided to start doing the regular lawn/leaf maintenance ourselves again just to reduce our living costs, but wow do we miss them! We just had them out again to do a bunch of tasks before selling our home and they did a great job as always. They proactively noticed that we had a leaking water valve, so we just had Gary, their irrigation specialist out today to address that as well and he did a great job. It is hard to find great service sometimes, so it is very nice to find those few companies that really shine! They definitely know what they are doing, and do it very well. If you are looking to hire a team of professionals who are great at their craft, and will make your life easier, you will love them!
Allison put together a great plan to improve the backyard, define the playscape area, add a flagstone walkway, and we'll be repairing a lot of sod as well. She is wonderful and her team were professional and efficient.
Top Choice is always fantastic with wonderful customer service. One thing that is always positive and I really appreciate, is the irrigation system maintenance service. Derrick is always quick, efficient, professional and offers many solutions to issues we’ve had with our aging irrigation system like being ahead of a leaking line. He’s always thinking proactively by bringing to our attention future issues with our watering system ahead of the hot seasons and offering price effective solutions, even ideas on how to better irrigate small above ground gardens. If you’re in need of an irrigation system or maintenance of your current one, Derrick and Top Choice is the way to go.
