I was nervous, but the employees there, especially the CT tech, were awesome!

They called me 30 minutes before my morning appointment to tell me the power went out and rescheduled me for the afternoon. They called me right before that one to say the power was still out. They rescheduled me for the next day. I showed up to them telling me the power was out again and had been all day. Guess they didn’t feel like telling me before I showed up this time. I asked them to reschedule me for any other location. They did and I headed north. Showed up to find they weren’t alerted I was coming. They were fortunately kind enough to see me anyway. Unfortunately the south Austin location is run by a crew of incompetents. Take the extra time to avoid them and you’ll save yourself a lot of time.

They just charged my debit card and were not authorized. I had used it to help someone out, but never agreed for any other use. The person I helped, didn’t know anything about it being charged. So I will be filling a police report.
