Decided to get the bike back out after several years of neglect. Took it to Trek Bicycle Parmer for my first visit since Trek bought out Bicycle Sport Shop. The staff were still knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. They communicated up front about what likely needed to be done, and reviewed everything upon pickup. They didn't seem to have quite as much stock as when I was last in there several years ago, but I attribute that more to COVID-related supply chain disruptions than anything else. 10/10 will definitely use them again.

The trails were great and bike rode like I was on a cloud! These guys are fantastic! First time and will be long time customer years from now. Shopping for a bike in the middle of a national shortage and global pandemic is TOUGH, and this shop made it easy, Kudos guys Online shop was well kept up making it easy to know when new inventory was in. The shop was practicing PPE both staff and the customers and showing community pride! A Great team at the Bicycle sport shop, all were instrumental in helping me hit the trails again! Looking forward to many years of flowy turns, and bomber downhill knowing I've got the support of a great team behind me now!
