Signed a lease and moved in this month. Awesome amenities and apartment. Simple and love that I can walk to class in less than 15 minutes. Beats last year when I had to leave 1 hr ahead.

I signed the lease at the last notice because my friend bailed on me and went leave with her bf. I had a good time leaving there, the amenity workers are nice. But YES, the will charge you a 500 bill for repainting the wall that DOESN\T EXIST. I paid for the worry-free clean out which they helped me clean the room after I moved and apparently their cleaning workers DON\T BOTHER to wipe that little freaking stain in the wall. Rather, they decided to charge me a monster bill for repainting the whole wall?

Absolutely horrible management. Don't expect to get your deposit back because maintenance workers will ruin the floors and walls during maintenance requests, but you become liable. The management didn't do an in person walkthrough with me when it was an option that I scheduled. Many times, packages were delivered to the front office but not put out to residential mail boxes before the end of the day (so you had to wait until the next day.) I had medication delivered that this happened with multiple times. There are only two elevators and several times, either one or both elevators were out of service (which is against building code.) The location is the only good thing about it. Very quick walk to campus. Otherwise, this complex is an uphill battle. EDIT: In response to their reply to my review where they say I did not contact them - I DID. And the response that I got was that they did not find anything substantial to back my claim and to just pay up to avoid any further collection attempts. I lived in this building for 4 years while at UT. The elevators broke down several times. Probably around 4 or 5 times while I lived there. I would know because I lived on a higher floor and had to take the stairs. The packages are not always entered into the system since they office closes at 5pm and as a student, if you have class before the office closed you were out of luck if you needed your package. They're just replying to these reviews to try and save face and act like they did nothing wrong in these interactions, but they have. Be warned before signing here. Once again, the location is hard to beat, but weigh your options.

This is literally the worst place ever. They will charge you with completely random things that you didn't even do and an unreasonable amount for it. They also have the most rude and inconsiderate management I have ever experienced. I have never even written a review for anything before in my life, I just am very passionate about how bad this place is. Do not live here no matter what lol

I had a good year staying at 2215. The leasing office/management can take a bit of time, but they are helpful with what you ask. My apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. The distance to campus was really nice, and it's in a good location overall (right next to Pluckers & other great food spots). Didn't have to deal with fees or anything like that, and the rooms are pretty!
