After they missed their arrival window I had to call them to ask if they were still coming. The representative told me they were going to be 2 hours late, I was not happy but accepted. 2 hours went by and no call again, I had to call them. The rep gave me some long story about trouble their having previous customer's move, so now we're 7 hours from the start of the original eta. I had to scramble and get a moving truck and find some labor. They had no regad for my time or my money. I would not recommend them based on the lack of care for their customers.

A couple of days ago, I hired this movers, they are really great, very professional and careful with your things. They wrap everything to protect it, tacking care about doing their job real well, they do their best. Chris and John the best team. Thank you so much. Super Recommended!!!
We went with this company because our normal company was unavailable, and they were recommended to us from family so I expected it to go pretty smoothly. First off, way overpriced for the service provided. For some reason they only wrapped about 2 pieces of furniture, previous companies I've used normally wrap most if not all of it. So the majority of my furniture has scratches and chunks missing because they weren't careful at all. All around just seemed like they couldn't get out there fast enough. Didn't communicate with us very well, seemed to ignore us when we would say where things should be placed. Over 700 for all my stuff to be damaged. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not use this service unless you have no other option and you don't care about your belongings.
They were very patient and understanding. Daughter didn't get her keys until mid morning.
Thinking about using them to move? DO NOT DO IT. I REPEAT DO NOT DO IT. Very unprofessional - professionalism could've saved my move. They are in the business of handling peoples personal belongings - respect and professionalism are required. I used Two Men and a Truck to move in December and my move was so horrible it is almost comical. Quick notes: -Late -Truck has mechanical problems so sent a van, the van's battery died so sent another van -Truck arrived but got into accident at building and caused damage to property -Smoked cigarettes during move -Forgot items on truck, discovered they were damaged Compensation offered: 6 for damaged property, waived travel fee and only charged for 2 of the 4.5 hours of move (it was only a 450 sq ft apartment, it usually takes less than 2 hours) I understand things happen in life that are out of control but as a business owner they should properly train their employees. I was told I would be compensated out of pocket for the damaged property by their employee but that did not happen. Overall very unprofessional, contacted corporate but there is nothing they can do to the franchise. Just do not use.
