They don't hired anybody new for the job, they over received materials so that you have to work on the weekends even if planned the weekend off, there isn't a second shift to finished what first shift started.
Friendly atmosphere
This use to be a desent company until they hired some of the upper managment that is currently running the show. besides lack of knowledge and people skills the current director of the company in Austin Tx is in no way qualified to run this company as his approach towards running the floor is by intimidation and lies. HR is in no way different as the represenative does nothing to help out the employees and is always ready to lay off anyone that questions anything. this company needs a total purge of all managment especially the dictator in charge G. A.
