I am not sure how this place has any good reviews. After 5 years of using them we decided to cancel the service. The uniforms were not coming in right, clean, or on time. So I called in to cancel the service where a nice lady agreed very quickly that I could end it. The next thing I know about two months later I get served papers for a lawsuit in the amount of 12,000 dollars....... After five years I was somehow still in a contract according to the attorney they hired. I called the company who refused to talk to me, I left messages for the lawyer to never get a call back, I emailed which they responded that they would \settle\ for 17,000 ( yes the settlement amount was higher then the full lawsuit with legal fees) and finally I asked if we could resume service to end the legal issue which I was told they were not willing to do..... I would highly suggest any option under the sun before using this company. I also had a pair of Oakley sunglasses come up missing while the driver went into my office for my signature. The next week the same driver had the EXACT same paid of red and black oakley sport glasses. To this day I have not met a single person with those glasses....

As a small business owner, I do not post negative reviews lightly. However, between corporate help, as well as local management, i have not been able to get uniforms created since August 13, 2019, but still was billed once a week for old uniforms from previous company. I left voicemails as well as emails, supplying them with logo and new uniform choice. Once their employees changed, it seems it went downhill. I know our shop was a small account in comparison to other companies, but it is sad we were unable to work something out.

They have not shown up for 5 weeks now AND they are continuing to send us bills! I have been promised a call back three times now and this issue is still not resolved. I wish I could cancel but, apparently we are locked into a long term contract... Do not use this company there are better alternatives!

Hands down worst vendor I've ever worked with. We are going on week 4 without having uniforms picked up or dropped off and our guys are completely out. No contact at all from Unifirst. Currently in the process of trying to cancel. Save yourself a major headache and go with anyone else. They make you sign a 5 year contract because their service is so abysmal.

Do not do business with this company they are the WORST! They make you sign a contract and then they don't bring you the items you need week after week.
