Stairs down to the mail area (with the UPS drop box) are around the corner from the elevator, wood door. Pickup is 5:45pm. Good find!

The drop box is in the basement of the Chase Bank building. The lobby is open 24 hrs, if you take the stairs down it drops you right in front of the box. There's also FedEx and USPS.

Either the location is not correct or It's inside some office so only working hours access!!!
