After speaking to him he understood exactly what I was looking for in terms of my budget, home size and Austin area. Working with him was like working with a friend, he was always available to answer any questions making my first home buying experience an easy one. I highly recommend Russell!

I have never had a better experience finding multiple homes than I did with Uptown Realty. The first interaction I had was remote, and during the beginning of the pandemic. I moved from Idaho to Texas and had no way of visiting before my move, and the folks at UR, specifically Joe and Max, were so helpful and responsive with my needs and questions. They answered every question I had in a timely manner, sent me pictures, and even a video tour of the apartment. They made me feel so comfortable that I signed a lease and paid a deposit having never seen the apartment, I trusted that they were kind and helpful people, and the rental was exactly what I was looking for. I had been in that unit for about 6 months when I found out I was expecting a baby and needed to upgrade to a larger home. I was so nervous about reaching out about transferring to a larger space, but Joseph immediately made it clear that he wanted to help, and that it was not a problem. He helped my growing family find the perfect new home and really made the transition from the apartment to the house very smooth. I appreciate everything Uptown has done for me and will contact them again when I'm ready to buy a home. Thanks so much UR!
I have worked with real estate agents prior and I never felt the need to leave a review. However, my experience with Max Smirnoff in particular exceeded my expectations, enough to want me to leave a review. Max Smirnoff is probably the MOST responsive agent, or even person, I have corresponded with. He sends sufficiently detailed responses yet they are also succinct/to the point at the same time. He is not only knowledgeable about real estate, but he is extremely efficient and I feel like I can count on him to deliver. I don't have to worry about getting things done in time or if he will respond because he just does things so efficiently. I honestly feel that Max was so crucial in streamlining the whole finding an apartment process. All in all, Max was able to help me find an affordable place in West Campus (college student at UT) and it's the best deal I've ever gotten. He also knows about all the deals and promos, as well as negotiates for you so I really am glad I chanced upon Max. His services are free of charge and in some ways we are both helping each other out (commissions, making it easy to find the best apartment deals). Thank you Max, you are awesome!
So I had Max Smirnoff work with me he’s an amazing man really helped a lot with helping me find a good apartment in a good neighborhood . So far I been living at these apartments for 2-3 months now and I love the area and the complex . Idk what I would have done without Max’s Help . Thank y’all so much for the help
