I wish every store had a bed to lay down on, but since this is a mattress store, it makes sense. Buying my first real mattress in many many years. Prices have gone up but then so has quality. Urban mattress was a breeze to browse and a cinch to clinch the sale. Easy payment terms were a big help too. The difficulty is just waiting for my new mattress to arrive!

We had a great experience purchasing a new bed at Urban Mattress! We visited the South Austin store and Troy Landers guided us through the available options based on our budget and preferences. Troy was knowledgeable and friendly, and didn't make us feel pressured in any way. After doing some comparison shopping, we came back to Urban Mattress to order a Highland Firm. It has been very comfortable so far and I would highly recommend the Highland Firm as well as Urban Mattress to anyone shopping for a new bed!

When we first visited the North Austin store, the attendant was exceptionally helpful and pointed us to the South Austin store, where they'd have more inventory for us to try. She specifically suggested we work with Troy, and she was right! Troy is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, and he helped us find just the right mattress for our needs. He was also very flexible and easy to work with. The delivery team was good too - on time, courteous, and patient. A very smooth and positive experience from end to end!
