Impossible to get anyone even on the phone?!? Horrible. Just to schedule an appointment. Great to see the care of veterans is a priority. More like the lack of care seems to be a priority.

Operators never answer the phone!
I called the VA Hospital in Austin Texas to ask if they were open and the operator was rude and said they were closed It’s a holiday and I ask where does a veteran need to go if they have an emergency . The operators answer was “whatever they need to do or go”I was calling to get information to take this veteran for Medical care. VA hospital staff please hire people that care about your veterans ... about people in general . This operator needs to be fired immediately . This operator that answer the phone needs to be terminated immediately !!!!!
So my was dad was in the military and got blown up and thay just say here are some pain pills ..
