This was my first visit here and these guys were amazing! I wasn't sure how it was all going to work with Covid, since non-staff are not allowed in the facility, but they did car service where they pick up your pet from your car and you wait in the comfort of your surroundings. The vet called me on the phone during her exam and we talked about the issues going on with my cat. She prescribed medication and one of the nurses delivered her back to my car. Payment was via a text message link to their payment site. So easy and so professional. Everyone was so kind and caring and Dr. Wood was one of the best vets I've ever been to. Definitely recommend this hospital for your fur babies.

We love VCA Arbor Animal Hospital. When we got our baby, Nugget, from APA she had an eye infection, ear infection, and both types of mange! The poor thing. VCA helped us get her through all of that and now she's pretty much perfect. (See picture for evidence). Since then, they've always been helpful if I call in with an overly-concerned-dog-mom question and I really appreciate it. I feel like they actually care about the animals and aren't solely interested in making money. I'm glad we found them.

Very happy with our first visit. Everyone was kind, professional and very patient with me and my many questions, concerns etc. They took great care with my 2 dogs and didn't pressure me for anything extra and instead went over all prices with me until I was comfortable. The doctor even gave me plenty of information on what, if anything, was going on with my dogs' bodies, teeth, ears, weight etc. One dog is elderly and I feel better knowing more about how she's doing inside and out. Prices were affordable and having worked for a few animal hospitals, I definitely comparison shop and am frugal, and yet was easily satisfied with VCA. I look forward to bringing my girls back if/when we need to.

Today, we had to put our 13 year old lab, Jade to rest. For those of you who have done this before, you know it’s a very difficult thing to do. You want to feel you are doing the right thing for your dog. Dr. Renner has been with us along the journey. She helped us with some of our final decisions dating back over a month ago as she listened to us and spent time with Jade. Today, during our difficult time, Dr. Renner was empathetic, comforting and loving to Jade. She made the whole process as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Renner and VCA because of the quality care Jade received over the years and the comfort they gave us as we said goodbye.

Some places you go to for help seem to be there primarily for making money, while others are in the business of helping with compassion. VAC Arbor Animal Hospital was referred to me who has cats. I can see why she said it was a great place. My dog, Merry, ingested something outside that upset her stomach. A day before I brought her in, I called to get some advice, hoping I could take care of it on my own. The receptionist went and asked a vet my questions, and I was very grateful. Although I ended up taking her to VCA the next day, it was a relief to see how attentive and caring they were. Some of the employees there have worked there for over 10 years. That usually indicates it is a good place for humans too. Dr. Moon examined Merry, prescribed meds and the treatment was successful. They called a few days later to see how she was doing which was unexpected . I did not feel that I was over charged. Gratefully, I live less than a mile from this great animal hospital.
