My experience since move in day (July) has been great. I enjoy living here. It's peaceful and living next to a certified organic farm is well...amazing. I appreciate the diverse group of people who are drawn to this tiny hood and have been moving in over the past few months. I'm looking forward to the day when COVID lightens up and we can all socialize more as a community.

Apparently they don't want to sell a home because I've tried several times now to make an appointment about two homes I saw for sale in the community in Manor, TX and nobody will call me back. I had a phone interview scheduled for this Monday. I received an email and text message notification to confirm. It was for 11:30 AM. 11:40 rolled around and nobody called me so I called them. Nobody picked up so I left a VM. It's now Thursday, and I haven't heard a peep. I went there twice but the only people there are for the RV park. Pretty annoying. Guess I'll just buy somewhere else...

Fifty Second Day 52 days ago, I spent 98 cash for a tiny home here at Village Farm Tiny Home Community. Bad decision. I am not going into specifics here. If you are a prospective buyer and and want to discuss this review, I can be reached via email: [email protected]. Please think twice before spending money on a tiny home here. Just because it sounds like a good deal in Austin’s expensive housing market, you might want to reconsider, or you may live to regret it. The tiny home I purchased by all standards, is a lemon and this is what I am told in the email below by the lead Roberts Communities employee, Delisa: “First of all, when I provided you the information of your warranty etc. I gave you a business card and the procedures on how to proceed if you had an issue with the house (inside), who you needed to send your concerns or inquiries. I also explained in several emails, text and in person, what department handled what, which also says on your FAQ’s (document inside your binder). I would appreciate if you could please follow the procedures implemented.” Really? Less than 52 days of ownership and tons of construction and cosmetic problems with the tiny home and this is the answer I receive regarding going forward ..? Mr.Roberts possibly might need to be a little more involved in his Village Farm Tiny Home Community.

Beautiful homes! They are well built and just so nice. When inside, you don't even feel like your in a tiny home. As far as prices go, ya they are a lot but if you look around Austin housing is expensive so for all you get I'd say 100,000 is reasonable. I'm waiting to see how the new spots turn out before making any decisions on purchasing but definitely in my radar.

Many thanks and a special shout out to Roberts Communities: On June 20 , I purchased (special order) a washer/dryer from Home Depot for my TH. On July 10—the day it was to be delivered—I received a mea culpa call from HD stating that they had made a mistake and my w/d would “probably” not be available until the end of the year I cancelled my order. I contacted EVERY appliance dealer in this area and even talked to the appliance manufacturer (Charolette, NC) to try to expedite a new order—no luck. I then contacted and spoke to several different people with Roberts to see if they could help me purchase the SAME special model. It wasn’t long before our diligent Rebecca became involved and through her efforts (and Roberts) I was able to purchase my new w/d. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and I am so very grateful.
