Tried getting a quote for some metal plates bent for a large landscaping project and some other elements. Office staff is is nice and tried assisting but apparently only one persons can quote. Tried calling them for about a month and despite dozen calls and emails I never heard back. Off staff apologized numerous times saying they kept leaving notes to have us called back . Unfortunately w2 McFab was too disorganized to get a quote and or the work we wanted quoted was beyond their capabilities. Either way, their communication is sub par and a total wast of our time. Finally had to go with another company.

Great precision fabrication work , as well as great design work! Well worth it to work with folks who are reliable.
These Neanderthals can't machine two parts that look the same. There machine shop equipment is in a state of terrible disrepair. The feed boxes on the milling machines don't work. The lathe tool posts don't have adjustable tool holders so it is impossible for a machinist to set the tools even with the center of the chuck. The owner has no experience in manufacturing at all. They employ illegal immigrants. They don't know anything about what quality means. I actually worked here for a little while. I was tasked with drilling and tapping some holes and the tap drill size was a letter \Y\ drill bit if I'm not mistaken. The \Machinist\ Carlo said \We don't have letter drill bits you have to use the closet fractional size\. A good machinist would never say that! And I brought it to the attention of the owner and he said \We don't have letter drill bits but we have the charts that convert.\ which is a statement that makes no sense at all. They cannot interpret prints. There were customers bringing parts back after they had been delivered because they didn't machine all the dimensions on them. The company is a joke. So are the employees and so is the owner. They are a disgrace to the trade of machining.
