They will gladly take your business but good luck to you when you have any issues. No one will reply to your emails or call you back, bet you didn’t know that if you sign up for service, that it follows you when you move. You can’t just cancel. They’ll make you jump through hoops.

Its all about Penalty, Penalty and Extra Charges. I have contract with WM for 2 years and I can not wait to be done. Their drivers are trained to look very well and find something wrong inside the container, they take a picture and here we go 125 extra fee. Even when you have a small bag overflow the container, again 125. If by mistake you put a small rubber piece on the recycle container, again, they take a pict and another 125 extra fee. Look all the reviews before you sign with WM Waste Mangt.

Good service, trash is an expensive endeavor. I wish more people would come here instead of dumping their trash all over Austin.

Haven’t picked up trash that has been sitting at the curb for TWO WEEKS. And I was assured I would get a new recycling bin on July 9 because that was the “next available recycling pickup day”... but alas. No new recycling bin. Just the same disgusting, smelly one that was left by the previous owner of this house. And this was after I had to have the utilities manager have them bring me the new trash bin they failed to bring on July 2. UPDATE ON JULY 10: I sort of got a new recycling bin... if you count a disgusting trashed up used one that doesn’t look like the disgusted trashed up old one. And WM still didn’t take the old one. UPDATE ON JULY 12: still have two dirty old recycling bins. WM dispatcher sent the trash guy instead of the recycling guy and he wasn't allowed to haul off the old ones and obviously didn't have a new recycling bin. But I explained my issue to him and he called the dispatchers directly and put in a ticket for me. They were supposed to come handle everything today. They didn't. When WM originally responded to this review on on July 10 asking me to email them, I did. Then Alicia emailed me saying I had to take it up with the City of Manor. Which I've already done four times and the city has talked to Waste Management four times about getting this handled. Each time, WM has assured the city that they would get it handled. And each time, WM has bungled it.

The waste management service that comes to Boulder Ridge mobile home off killingsworth lane,asked if I needed my trash emptied( had not set trash can out,been sick) I said that would be great they got it emptied put it back where it was,! I was never asked that before! I was impressed!! Thank you for going extra mile!!!
