Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Natalie is fantastic and helped my skin tremendously - forever grateful! The waiting area is comfortable & large enough to not be on top of other patients. I appreciate that they are taking all the precautions to ensure everyone’s safety and health during these Covid times.

Y'all I can't speak highly enough of Westlake. Dr. Speck did my lips & botox injections - I was a little nervous as this was my first go at fillers, but she was so patient and walked me through the whole thing. She really listened to what I was going for, the process was totally painless for me & she just has good chat so spending time with her was enjoyable. My lips look so natural and full, and I'm totally hooked. 10/10 from the moment you walk in to door, seriously. See ya every 4 months for the rest of my life Dr. Speck!

I love Westlake Dermatology! I have been to both the Lamar Central and Downtown locations and the product quality and hospitality are unmatched. I had a mole on my face removed which was very well done and I get my botox here. They always do a fantastic job and I wouldn't trust anyone else with something as sensitive as my face!

Like others have mentioned, this place does not respect your time. Instead of calling me to reschedule when the doctor got busy, they let me come in, wait for AN HOUR before letting me know (after I asked) that the doctor is unavailable. I booked an appointment with Dr. Laura Speck on a Wednesday afternoon after moving things around in my incredibly busy schedule. I showed up for the appointment, completed my new patient paperwork, and sat in the waiting room for an ENTIRE HOUR before I decided to check with the front desk. After checking with Dr. Speck, the lady at the front told me that the doctor is no longer available to see me!! Obviously, I won't be returning. You can go ahead and come here if you have nothing else to do and love hanging out in waiting rooms only to receive NO service.
