Dr. Coverman was wonderful and put my mind at ease regarding the condition I was being seen for. It was my first visit and the staff were friendly and efficient. The only blip was when the nurse did not tell me not to remove my mask while waiting alone in the treatment room for the doctor. Consequently, I removed my mask which caused some issues when Dr. Coverman came in, but he was very diplomatic in turning the situation around.

The doctor and nurses there were great. They charge quite a bit to remove a wart though. Total price was 280 for a single treatment that took around 5 seconds to apply (a little bit less when insurance came in but still crazy expensive). I had to cancel my follow up visits because I can't stomach paying that amount for such a simple procedure. The doctor said it would take 2-3 visits and 500 out of pocket to remove one small wart seems absurd. I'd say 5 stars for the staff and 1 star for their absurd pricing, but I guess that's US healthcare for you. I would recommend looking elsewhere because this procedure can be done for a lot cheaper.

I was of course very nervous having to go see a dermatologist for the first time but everyone was so friendly. From the receptionist, nurses and the doctor made me feel very comfortable. The nurse and the doctor explained in detail everything that was being done and answered all question and concerns I had. I definitely recommend Westlake Dermatology for anyone who is looking for a Dermatologist. It was a really good experience.

Everything from booking as a new patient to seeing Dr. Flynn for the first time was efficiently and professionally handled. And it was during the pandemic, when obtaining medical care is not always comfortable. Kudos to the entire staff!
