I'm so happy to have discovered Xian Noodles the other day. Everything we ordered for lunch was fabulous, flavorful, and super delicious. This is the perfect spot to grab lunch or takeout while in the Domain. We were able to sit next to the window of the kitchen to watch them make the noodles which my kids really enjoyed. The pan fried noodles were EXCELLENT. Honestly, the best thing I've had in a long time. My kids split the sesame chicken and it was so delicious. I could tell they use quality ingredients. The service was very friendly and attentive. Seriously, this is the best restaurant I've been to in a long time. Try it out if you are in the area.

First, I'll say that their noodles are okay at best, so that's why they get 1 star. Service however is non existent. I ordered online from their own website and when I got their to pick up my order, they claimed I had to pay for the carrot and potatoes add-ons I selected. These were free on their website and that why I ordered them. They claimed their website ordering system is wrong and that I needed to pay extra if I wanted to pick up the order. At this point I should have disputed the charge and just walked away. However, I tried to give them an opportunity and agreed to pay for the side dish of noodles I had ordered with the veggies. Once I got the order I noticed that the side noodles portion was so small and was served super cold. It was nasty and had no taste whatsoever. So after falsely advertising prices on their website and arguing with their customer for a 2 charge, they skimp out on the portion and lose a customer. Greedy owners, horrible experience, cold tasteless food. Not coming back.
Love the food but the customer service is horrible. This is the second time I have been to this location and I can’t believe they are around with the service they offer. Placed a order over the phone since online ordering was not functioning and when I arrived I had to order again.
These noodles and dumplings were hand made. You can walk to the back of the restaurant and see through a glass wall the kitchen where they make the magic happen. Food was very good. The taste of these large noodles was a little much after a while but had a great texture. I’m definitely gonna try the smaller noodles next time. The soup dumplings were amaze ballz! Love how the soup just gushes in your mouth when you bite into them (I suggest eating the soup dumpling whole, otherwise you lose all the juice inside). I will most definitely be coming back when I want my noodle/carb fix.
I was extremely disappointed with this place. Their prices are different online and when you get to the actual restaurant they want to charge \the difference\ It is their mistake and they are ok upsetting a customer even over a dollar. I did not get enough sauce for my noodles and the food was cold . If I ever eat xian noodles again I would rather drive to the other locations even though I live a few minutes away from the domain but they definitely lost me as a customer.
