Colin did an excellent job all the way from finding a property to settling down. He always put his client first while going through various yet tedious processes which I found it very professional. What I appreciated the most is him doing his best being in his client's shoe and always speaking from the heart. Did he go an extra mile for his client? He absolutely did even after closing. I highly recommend him.

I rented a home from se kyu Kim worst landlord ever. Beware he will hold insane amount of money back even when you go above & beyond. He has no sense of personal space. Will harass you to no ends. I wouldn’t recommend renting his home at 15135 terra verde.
