5 stars all the way!! I can't say enough positive things about the constructive learning environment! Low stress, non-punitive and information that will stay long term! The staff was warm and friendly. The instructors, including Amiko were well spoken with her heavy accent and eager to help! I've been a nurse in a nationally recognized hospital for 17 years and this is the way to attain long term knowledge! Plus, they even offered special rate!!! Worth every dime!!!

You can't go wrong with them. The instructor Amiko is very knowledgeable and help you remember the material in a way you can't forget it. Working in a cardiac unit myself. Really knowing the materials, can make a difference In a person surviving a code or not. The tricks and acronyms they teach you in their CPR course to remember the materials has really helped me with my confidence during codes. I highly recommend them.

I attended this CPR/First-aid class offered at my office. I was an EMT for a short time during college and thought it was important to brush up on basic skills. Amiko. the instructor, was awesome! She is certainly an expert in the field and she makes the class fun with her heavy accent. I was impressed with the way she interacted with the entire room and kept everyone engaged.

The staff is always polite, they recognize return customers and are always alerting me via text or email if there are any changes or updates to an upcoming appointment. Their website is very easy to use to schedule an appointment. It accepts a credit card payment even though it says PayPal. I found many convenient options for watching course videos at my home. The facilities and instruction were all excellent. I would highly recommend this facility for any certification.
