I'd recommend calling ahead if you get an appointment from one of their partners. The girls up front were really sweet and helpful. They told me everything I needed to know about the process up front. The mechanic seems capable and was very efficient. Miss Meg was super supportive and encouraging, and seems to run a tight ship. I’ve been using Auto Aid for about 2 years now and we have never had any problems until over the Thanksgiving holidays. It was a miscommunication on their part with their tech guy but I’m not here to leave a negative comment. They admitted to their fault and ensured that I had a loaner. They are always so helpful and go above and beyond for their customers. And they do great work. I’ve never had any problems with my car. They treat you like a person and not just any customer and they call you by your name. They are always professional even in the tense moments. Harley and Meg are the women I deal with mainly and they are always so very nice and a joy to just have a conversation with. The people at Auto Aid genuinely care and it shows!!! Thank y’all for all you do!!! You’ve got a customer for life!!!️️
