After applying for a 30 year old car loan through my credit union, they require the vehicle to be appraised. Never have done this before, I was lost. I googled vehicle appraisers in my area and this company came up. Jason answered the phone and was beyond helpful, and even himself reached out to the seller to ask questions and such, before even hiring him to do the job of apprasing the car. He gave me more than I had even asked as insight to the car. What really won me over is a few days later, after not hearing from me, reached out to me to see how the status of buying the car was coming along. He told me he had been in contact with the seller and even negotiated a better deal, and was letting me know. Talk about above and beyond for not even hiring them to appraise the car yet! When that time comes, I will, without a doubt hire, Jason at Auto Appraise Inc. to appraise my classic car. Thank you for going above and beyond before I even hire you! I can only imagine how great you'll be when it comes time for me to make that purchase!

I recently had my first "real" auto accident. In my whole life, never so much as a fender bender. Then, BAMB !! My nice 3 year old Honda was gone, Totaled. It was the other guys fault so his insurance company agreed to settle my claim. Turns out they were trying to take advantage of me by not paying what it would cost to replace my car with one of equal value. I did some research and came up with names of five appraisal companies. Talked to several of them,, but when I spoke with Jason at Auto Appraise, things just sort of clicked. Jason and his team were on it in no time. Communications were easy, fast, and I always knew what was going on. In short, I am an extremely satisfied customer. Give Jason a call.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY'RE A SCAM!! I contacted them after my car was stolen last year to dispute the total loss amount given by my insurance company. The woman on the phone sold me on a total bait and switch. Promised me that they fight the insurance companies every day and will nickel and dime the insurance companies to make sure they can get every extra dollar for your cars value. I even gave her the details of my car and she said they would have no problem getting my cars value higher than insurance company's quote. Sure enough after I paid them they went radio silent for 3 weeks. I finally heard back from them with an email stating we should take the settlement offer from insurance company and that they couldn't get my value up at all. I hired a separate appraiser after this joke of a company's response and he ended up getting me 7k more than the insurance quote. This company is a scam, stay away!
