I called Auto Chlor Systems to get something fixed at 12:30pm. Phil called within 5 min and told me he would get here within 30 min. He got here at 1pm. It took him only 7 minutes to fix the soap dispenser. Phil checked to make sure everything else was working. Very Friendly & Professional. Thank you for the Great Service Today!!!

Great staff and great service.
We had a service issue with our dishwasher and got a quote from EcoLab. EcoLab was unwilling and to be frank very snobby, to help us out unless we went with a full cleaning solution. EcoLab doesn't understand small restaurant and shouldn't treat us as a big restaurant chain with endless money. I'm glad I called Auto-Chlor and got in touch with Victor the sales rep. He understood our situation and got a serviceman James out on the same day within minutes of signing our deal. As a small restaurant, I would recommend them over EcoLab.
James is the Best! He literally saves us every time we need help with our machines. He’s proficient and effective and always very polite. Give this guy a raise, he’s outstanding.
James been servicing our dish machine for the past couple of months. Great guy and great service. Always see him with a smile! All the time.
RIP OFF. HORRIBLE We canceled service and when they removed the unit they didn't cap anything off left a watery mess and our restaurant flooded and still leaking!!! I am currently cleaning up and fixing their mess. STAY CLEAR!!! STAY CLEAR!! Buy your own unit for what they charge.
