Ordered a computer for my Jeep, shipping was faster then expected! Sergio was very knowledgeable and super helpful! I would recommend to anyone having car cpu issues.

Please do not waste your time or money ordering from this place! They act professionally to get your money but it goes downhill from there. Phone calls are not returned, false promises are made, and the only person I ever talked to, Sergio, tried to pretend like he was one of his relatives when I was upset about the issues that spanned from Oct 2015 until Jan 2016. Additionally, I had to make numerous calls to even get the part delivered because it did not come as promised. When I received the part it was defective. The company representative, Sergio, tried to imply that the mechanic and I were trying to run a scam when I asked for a refund. After returning the part I had difficulty getting answers to my calls. Finally, three weeks after ACD received the returned part I have received the refund but only after several calls, emails and filing a dispute with my credit card company. Side note: No matter what I said to Sergio or how frustrated I was, his tone of voice never changed. He has the scam down to a science.

Purchased a computer for my 1995 jeep wrangler that was having problems starting every morning. It used to take me almost 20 minutes to get the jeep started an sometimes died on me while driving until i had enough and ordered the new part. Their technician Stone guided me thru the simple installation over the phone and got me going back on the road in 15 minutes. I have put over 500 miles on the jeep with the new computer and it starts right up every time like it used to when i purchased the jeep back in 1996. Great people to deal with, Definitely wish I would had found them sooner instead of dealing with this problem for so long. Love the new license plate cover they included with the new computer. Thanks again guys :-)
