I brought my 2012 Yaris for a routine oil change and replacement of rear shock absorbers. They were very clear and transparent about pricing and easy to work with. They provided me with shuttle service to my home while the repairs were being done so I would not have to wait in store and then called me promptly when the repairs were finished. I'm very satisfied with their professionalism and will be coming back for future maintenance. Plus they have a really cool newsletter and coupons :).

I was referred to Auto World by a friend, needed front end work on my 14 year old van. Not only did they do an EXCELLENT job communicating and fixing the problem, checked out the entire van, had it completed in a day, kept it overnight until I could pick it up...they also knocked out a dent in my front bumper AND polished my headlight covers which were extremely cloudy! I was honestly shocked to receive such fabulous service in this day and age. Raul (a prince of a guy) explained what I needed and kept me in the loop until the job was complete. I recommend Auto World for anyone needing quality repair service and excellent customer service. THANK YOU AUTO WORLD!
