My husband and I went to AF Ford the other day and it was a horrible experience. I bought my first car at AF Honda and it went well so I wanted to check back in at the franchise. I talked to a woman named Nicole via email and that was very pleasant. We dealt with a guy named Scott who couldn’t give us much info at a vehicle we were looking at and also shut us down hard when we asked about going down on the price because we could see a few things wrong. I told him I was willing to sit down and go over what we were looking for. He began to show us vehicles that were 5-10 years old with 60k miles. I told him we wanted something newer with less miles and he said that wasn’t realistic for our price range. I showed him a piece of paper I had printed out from doing my research and there were 6 vehicles over at AF Hyundai that matched that criteria. He told us to go look over there and come back if we don’t find anything. He was very rude and standoffish. We spent our day at Hyundai and left with the perfect vehicle! FYI these branches have different owners and Hyundai was way more welcoming and helpful!

I have purchased 5 vehicles now, over almost 20 years. I have always felt respected and gotten deals that made me feel positive.

AutoFair Ford is a very clean and professional environment. There was no pressure sales tactics whatsoever. We were given several options for purchase considerations. The sales team were very professional and made us feel at ease. The financial representative was very thorough and professional as well. This is the second car that we purchased from AutoFair Ford and we were definitely not disappointed.

I highly recommend buying a car from AutoFair Ford. All people were professional and efficient - Tammie, Gaius, Dave K and Tim (Sales Mgr) were terrific.

Very dissatisfied with Service Department. Just purchased a new/used C-Max and the cellular comms module wasn't working so I took it Autofair Ford for warranty service. Vehicle was spotless and recently detailed when I dropped it off. When I received it, the driver side had mud on floormats, carpet and trim. Photo looks less dirty than it actually was but shows some of the crud (sorry -- accidentally posted three). In addition, the fuse panel was cover was laying on the passenger side floor and the a-panel trim was attached improperly. I reattached the pillar trim and fuse cover and cleaned it myself. Why??? See below... This was my 2nd trip to the service department. During the 1st visit I clearly explained the problem during to both the call-center (phone) and service advisor (in person) -- explaining the vehicle's cellular comms module was not functioning. They returned the vehicle to me after 1hr explaining they had reset the electronics which now would pair with a bluetooth phone. This was NOT the problem I asked them to solve and bluetooth functionality could have been verified in less than 5 mins.. I also had to supply personal information, VIN, etc. twice -- when I made the appt and when I got there. As an aside, the person driving my car from the intake area to the service garage thought the car wasn't working -- because it's a plug-in hybrid and they didn't hear the engine start. Not a big deal but c'mon Autofair -- you've been selling these for 5 years! To be fair, there were some positive outcomes. Since this was a warranty repair they supplied a convenient rental after my 2nd visit since it took four days to resolve and they did eventually diagnose the comms module problem and replace it. Autofair Ford's service dept was either having a bad few days or there are people and process problems there. Hoping to find a new/better Ford service option in the future.
