Emailed in asking for a quote for service, never heard back. Called in several days later. Said they didn't respond because it \would be too far\ even though still within Greene County. Still couldn't get a quote. Keep shopping.
They quote rates incorrectly. Get it in writing before ordering. I wasn't upset with the service until - they got rude on the phone - over their own quoted rates. Update: Someone in the office called and resolved my concerns. Thank you.
