Auto Nation experience was pleasant. The lady that handled my request was very friendly and helpful. Auto Nation seemed to have the best prices of any dealership in this area and I will be back to do business with them as needed. And, I usually hate dealing with dealerships in general.

Had a great experience here with William Vinson and really the whole crew. Can't complain about anything at all they just treated me and my wife like normal human beings. Never felt stressed or pushed and they MORE than accommodated us by holding the vehicle a couple days so we could make the trip over from a few hours away and then filled the tank up without even asking. Communication and responsiveness from Will was awesome, He'd call, text, email etc. anything we needed. Highly recommend them and William Vinson expecially.

Unfortunately, I had an unexpected breakdown while traveling through Mobile. Autonation Ford got my Ford into the repair shop and completed repairs in a timely manner. Great service!

Yikes. They took 2 hours for an oil change and did an inspection but failed to tell me about the corrosion on my terminals, which defeats the purpose of \the works\ this is disappointing. Shop fees are high too (I had a 35 the works coupon and the total was 46)
