I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service I received during my routine oil service visit this week. Dylan Phillips, my service advisor was excellent. Despite the long wait times, which is understandable during the pandemic, he made sure he checked on how I was doing during my wait and also kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. He is also very thorough and provides great care options for your vehicle according to your vehicles status and needs. I am truly grateful for the trustworthy service that I continue to receive with this dealership and my service advisors. They take really good care of my vehicle.

Dropped off a Hyundai for service and I was impressed on my service writer Mike Hendrix! He checked my car in and I was in and out very fast! He was very courteous and I would recommend him if you want to ask for him by name. The Dealership service area was clean and looked organized. They have a nice waiting area and the service area is right there in front of you and you can actually look inside and see the technicians working on cars.

I was BLESSED to have Aimee help me. I went in to get a simple windshield wiper replacement and ended up being told my two front tires had little to no life left in them. Of course I wasn’t prepared to spend that type of money replacing them, so Aimee walked me through a step by step loan program that would allow me to pay over time. I left there very happy and satisfied with the help I received. She’s definitely a new favorite of mine!

So excited about my new vehicle. Was able to get a good price for my new Ram 1500 Laramie at the terms and monthly rate I wanted. I didn't like my credit being pull several times without my knowing, but I did want a special rate and term, so it's forgivable.
