Always a good experience at INFINITI Tustin when I get my car serviced for the past 5- 6 years. I went to the original dealer where I bought my car out of loyalty, unfortunately the reception wasn't very warm...Staff here is friendly, personable, professional and efficient. My go to person is Frank Gutierrez. Happy to help with smile, good all around person...nice to go to a place where you are seen as a person...not just another customer to get through the day. Another bonus...Coffee is on point...something I look forward to getting when I get my car serviced. Customer Service is above the rest.

Took my car in for service and the seat was dirty with grease. It was cleaned by the service advisor upon pick up but I still voiced my dissatisfaction. Service manager called to offer to detail my car and did an amazing job. The car looks and smells new. I'm completely satisfied with their resolution worthy of a luxury car brand. Thank you!
