Never felt sharked!!!! Tom & Daniel were awesome!!! Literally knew the car we wanted and were in and out of there in less than 3hours. Daniel made paperwork a breeze and financing work for me. Tom even specially delivered the car out of the way to Round Rock for a great surprise!!! Hands down will be back and let those 2 take care of me and my people anyday!!! They made me feel like family. A million thanks to going above and beyond & to what u guys do!!!!

I have been going to AutoNation Toyota South Austin for about 4 years and I can truly say my experiences each time get better and better. During my last trip Michael Cavitolo walked me through trading my car in for a brand new 2021 car. He was so kind and exhibited so much patience while walking me through each step towards trading in my car. I never imagined trading in my 2005 Toyota Corolla but Michael made the transition so smooth and made sure my safety concerns were met and my expectations were exceeded. Not only this, but he advocated for such a reasonable and affordable price for me during these hard times. Toyota is working hard to please it's customers, not only with exceptional vehicles but with stellar customer service. I brought my vehicle in for maintenance service and was treated kindly and the work was completed efficiently and in record time.
