I've had two great experiences with Rogersville Septic. First, they came out and pumped our septic tank two years ago without problem. I did have to know where my septic tank was located, and I even uncovered it for them. But I think that's customary with all septic services. My second great experience was through the owner, Shorty, this week. I let Shorty know that our system was backed up and told him all of the symptoms. He was honest and told me that it shouldn't need to be pumped again so soon, that it would probably be a waste of my money. He then told me what he thought the problem was, and how to fix it. Sure enough, he was right. I had a clog at the inlet to my septic tank. He could have fixed it for me, but through his advice, I was able to save the money and do it on my own. In a business where everybody tells you something different (you need the lines aerated, you need new lay lines, the ground is too compacted, etc) Shorty gave me the right advice and great service.
Horrible customer service. We called them July 31st to have our septic tank pumped. They were supposed to pump the tank 8/1/2019 and something had come up so they rescheduled for Monday. Monday we had to call and text them to see if they were coming out. They weren't and we rescheduled for Tuesday which in Eric's words our septic tank would be \100% for sure done.\ We contacted them at 5:04 pm to see if they were coming out. Eric texted us at 5:28pm stating he was already headed home and the next pump day is Thursday but they can't wait until it is late. *They* offered evenings, they made US reschedule 2 times. I do not recommend this company at all. They are very unprofessional and unreliable.
Well, we just had the opposite experience. I called and said we needed someone out as soon as possible and he fit it in that afternoon. Very nice guy and a great price.
Haven't had any contact beyond initial phone call. They did not answer the phone in a professional manner. They then informed me that they do not travel \so far\. So far was 45 miles. In the Ozarks of Missouri, 45 miles is nothing.
