Andy and Jake are wonderful to work with. Both are very knowledgeable and dedicated. I do appreciate how personable they are... it’s a rare quality in a day and age where customer service seems to be lost. They were honest and fair, and followed through on everything they set out to do. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Jacob did a wonderful job installing our new furnace and AC. he was very flexible with our unique setup, and help point out future care tips. If we need any HVAC work, we will definitely be going with Avalanche again.
We recently had Avalanche HVAC out to clean & inspect our HVAC units. Both times the service specialists were professional & informative. They helped educate me on how our units operate & suggested regular maintenance that we could do to help our 22 yr old system keep running. I liked that they were not quick to recommend that we needed new equipment. I then had them return due to thinking my humidifier wasn’t working. Again I got educated, as it was working & needed to be turned up. Again, a few suggestions to keep my old system running. Love the honesty & will definitely use them in the future.
Andy came out to service our system, he was responsive, professional, and informative. He took time to answer my questions about our system and gave me tips on how to save money with proper DIY maintenance. Will definitely be using Avalanche for all our HVAC needs.
We lived in Avon, CO for 30 years and had radiant in-floor heat with a Lochinvar boiler. Sorry. Really the only way to go. We have been in Castle Rock, CO for 18 months in a new home with a Goodman forced hot air heater. So this will be our second winter. I am big on preventive maintenance. You can search for a HVAC service and get a lot of hits, with no verification of the quality of service or knowledge of components. I called our cleaning gal (who we love) and her Castle Rock fire fighter husband recommended Avalanche without hesitation. I contacted the owner (Andy Fezza) and he was at our home on November 25. On time professional and courteous service. All was OK with our Goodman furnace and he told me Goodman is now owned by Amana and is a much better unit then they were 10 years ago. Andy runs the business with himself and son Jacob. He started in business in 2012 and has had other employees that did not work out. He will be returning in a few weeks to clean out our vent system, which he said is not a major undertaking since we have only been here 18 months. I give Andy and Avalanche HVAC a 10 star rating.
