It's the team here at Avalon North Creek that really make the difference for us. The apartments are comfortable and the public spaces are nice but you can get that anywhere. Elizabeth, Paige, Jody, and the maintenance team have always been quick to respond whenever there's been anything that they can help with and they show they care by going that extra mile to correct any issues. Feeling like we're appreciated as residents is 100% of the reason why we're glad we live here.

Moved to apartment complex without touring in person and overall really happy with our decision. The place has just been built and I think after all the construction is done and the community is functioning at full capacity it will be perfect. The leasing agents are all extremely helpful and go above and beyond to answer questions. I would definitely recommend touring this place! It’s in a great condition and everything is brand new with great finishes.
The complex is very nice and clean. The maintenance crew are awesome. However, there is nothing the management can or will do about noisy neighbors. I have be up at 0330 most mornings for work and my awful neighbors let their kid run at all hours of the night. So this healthcare worker only gets 4-5 hours of sleep...not happy. And the management won’t help.
Some information anyone looking to move here should heed, my roommates and I got an email 12 days after our move out date saying we owed 2367 for damages as well as charging an additional month of parking after our lease end date, however we had a multiple people's help cleaning the apartment prior to moving out spending a full day cleaning to leave it spotless yet they still are charging us for a full paint and carpet replacement. They also did an after move out inspection without giving us any notice to allow us to join them for it.
Avalon North Creek is the most amazing apartment complex in this area. Amenities include heated pool, fitness area, outdoor fire pit, Wreck room, fitness center, shuffleboard, attached garage, washer dryer is in unit, attached garages and a wonderful staff.
