After speaking with other jeep dealers, I decided to give sansone a shot. The original vehicle I went in to look at was sold just before I got there. Ivan B. helped me locate the same truck with all the options I wanted in his system. It was identical to the one I originally came in for. It was a lease return with low mileage. I couldn't see the vehicle right there as it had just come in and was being inspected by their mechanics. Ivan said he would stay on top of it and when it became available he would call me to come look at it. He called and I went in. It was exactly what I wanted. I bought the truck as soon as they would let me. Ivan even made sure that any small things would be repaired or replaced. I am a salesman myself. This is how a sale and experience should go.

My family and I initiated some repairs on a used 2007 Jeep Liberty after noticing how the vehicle just seemed to \die\ after three or four days of driving. Sometimes a jump would assist in starting the vehicle. After a few repairs I felt it was necessary to take this vehicle to Jeep for assessment. Well, the same thing I had explained to Jeep personnel occurred right in their repair facility. Successfully they managed to discover and solve this problem! What's more outstanding aside from the repair service received was the professional and courteous service from the Service Reps! Angelina and Kristina of Sansone Jeep Dealership were fantastic! They were so great I asked on one occasion if I was communicating with a machine! They were very down to earth and kept me updated at each point during the repair of my vehicle. Thank you for your service! I appreciate what you do and the manner in which you provided assistance during my time of need!
