My kids absolutely loved this place. I've been coming here for the past year and I always feel safe bringing my kids here even now while we are in a global pandemic. This place is also super clean! A young lady Marta was very helpful and kind. She always greets us with great service.

I came here for my cousins birthday party today and I had such an amazing time and so did my kids. This place follows all Covid rules and staff keep the place clean. We had Marta as our party host and she was amazing!! She was always in the party room, helping us out. It was so great to have her. I would strongly recommend requesting her for parties.

This is a wonderful spot for all ages. I came here with a family friend and we had a lot of fun. The place is clean and follows all protocols. The staff was very friendly upon arrival, especially Marta who greeted us at the front desk and assisted us throughout our time there. I will definitely be back!

We had a great experience at Urban Air. Took my kids and couple of friends to celebrate my son’s birthday (didn’t get a party package as we ate elsewhere), but their cafeteria is very reasonably priced. Kids had so much fun. I saw more than few people with poor mask wearing but overall the place was clean and not overcrowded. Promised to Gabby and Kailyn to leave a good review, if we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!
