I found Aventura Aesthetics last week online and I’m extremely happy I did. Racquel asked me to come in to see the place and to see the machines used then she booked my appointment for the next day. She was very inviting, nice and extremely informative. She made me feel welcomed and help me to relax. Her staff was also very friendly and professional. I have been treated by Raquel for more than 2 years - stress/hormonal/cystic breakouts issues and preventative anti-aging needs. Her energy and positivity is amazing! IPL treatments, microdermabrasion and masks not just healed my skin but left my skin glowing, firmed, and vitalized. I receive compliments often by changes in my skin. I will be a customer for life. This place is nice and clean. I came in because I saw a groupon deal for 48 for a facial. On the phone Raquel agreed to do the service at same price to pay at the spa. While she was doing my facial she was on the phone several times. Honestly, I've had better facials, I can put a Mask on my face at home which the one she used is something you find at Walgreens, I actually have it. On top of that she kept telling me she wanted to try this laser machine on my spots. She didn't tell me how much more it would cost she also didn't show me a brochure about the laser treatment nor did I sign any paperwork for this so i assumed it was something she wanted to do for free so I can test it out or something. At the end, when I got to the register she said 150 for today. I would have liked to know that before hand. We only discussed about 48 facial that's a big difference to pay. Just make sure you ASK ABOUT everything they are doing to you there if there is an extra cost do not allow them to say 'let me try this on you'. I was embarrassed to discuss this price issue around clients waiting because i did not want to cause a scene. I have been so stressed out during the pandemic covid 19 that I didn't want to argue just get the hell out of there. But I will not be booking appointments for facials or any laser things there because ethically what she did was wrong. The communication and professionalism is unacceptable. However, the woman that did the massage therapy on me was upfront about her prices, explaining carefully everything. I will be in touch with her outside of Aventura Aesthetics.
the laser prices are very reasonable compared to other places and i saw amazing results from coming here consistently! the staff here are very nice and personable! highly recommended!
