I had a very good experience finding an apartment here. Christina at the leasing office was very informative and was always easy to reach. Its a very nice gated community in a great area.

The two best things about Camden Adventura Apartments are the location and the staff! Situated a short drive from Aventura Mall, it's also within walking distance from Publix, shops, and restaurants. With a private marina for residents, the views are fantastic and peaceful in spite of being in the middle of a high volume area. The staff, especially Laura Herman, is exceptional and goes out of their way to make the transition very easy. Laura likes to leave a welcome gift for new residents. During the 2 weeks I helped my mother move into her new home here and get situated, the staff was very warm and receptive to getting things taken care of as quickly as possible. Diego, the maintenance supervisor, was always quick, helpful, and patient. Trash is picked up from your door every evening. The apartments are very large with big windows. My mother has a one bedroom with a huge bathroom/walk-in closet for a surprising total of 1,000 sq. ft. The kitchen is nicely laid out with lots of cabinet space, small pantry and a full size window. Extra storage is available in the laundry room. The first floors have a good size walkout patio while the second and third floors have large balconies. Internet and cable is included. Residents have access to all pools and properties on both sides. Photos were taken from the property looking out at the marina.
In Camden Aventura I have rented a Dock Slip for my boat that is 31 miles from my house, the reason I chose this marina because the staff work very attentive, professional and treat you like family, the marina and the canal are always very clean , the green areas and the apartments look very well maintained, there is also a lot of respect among other boat owners, the security system is one of the things that I like the most, they are always making their way and observing everything, for me it is a good tranquility and a conformity to be part of this marina, I recommend it 100%
I highly recommend Camden Aventura. I've been here for close to a year and have no problems to speak of. Christina McDonald, Camden's leasing consultant, was very helpful in finding the right apartment for me. So far so good. Safe area, walkable, nearby grocery stores, secured gates, gym, etc.
I work and live here and absolutely love it! The entire team, both Leasing and Maintenance, have made my move here amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for going on walks, shopping, & eating! The Marina View is also a nice perk!
