BEWARE ! This guy signed off on a window permit ( apparently he is a gc ) which he refuses to stand behind and fix the many issues that we are having with the window company, who happens to also be unlicensed. He claims that he signed permit as a favor to window company and the owners and that he is not responsible for any damages that have been caused. The guy is extremely rude and is also in violation of both State and Local General Contracting rules and regulations. DO NOT BE ANOTHER VICTIM of these guys who violate all construction policies here in Miami Dade.
