I should let you know that agent Karmith Krespy working for Aventura Real Estate Inc. is not a reliable and available agent when you think you would and might need her. She only limits herself to text since there is always a noise of children in the background. She does not work on week ends. She does not listen and consequently does not follow instructions. I won't recommend her. I got hold of her from another real estate agent who also did not return either emails or voice messages and denied to take 2 rentals. Nowadays to find a professional, reliable, punctual and conscientious agent is a miracle! I am giving one star because I do not know if I do not rate at all that real estate company, it will show up on Google reviews but even ONE star is too much for that agent. Last but not least, Aventura Real Estate has an answering machine and the fax # on the agent's business card is wrong. A real disaster! Conclusively, it is much better to be a renter than a landlord/landlady and deal with such unprofessional kind of individuals.
