I always have a pleasant experience at the Avenue the ladies that work there go out of their way to help me they give me their honest feedback and I love the way I look in their clothes!!!! Debbie Rose, Tasha, Melissa and Mary are wonderful I love that store and I love the ladies that work there and the HONEST FEEDBACK that they give me every time I come in!!! Unfortunately there are so many cute things offered online that aren't always true to size however the Avenue has a wonderful return to the store policy and there's always something else to choose from!! I highly recommend coming here the ladies will give you honest feedback if you're willing to listen and they'll definitely help you find something that works for you

Looking for wide shoes for my daughter, Avenue had exactly what we needed.
They never call to tell you when your things have arrived. Decent career pieces. Good deals online. You can't pay for your bill in the store half the time. Loralette is more youthful, Avenue is more 50 and up.

Love the Avenue, the stockings and tights are very good quality and for me they ladt a long time.
I was at Avenue in Willowick, OH. I bought a really pretty white blouse. After the cashier finish ringing me out, she informed me that the store didn't have any bags to put my merchandise in. She then folded my white blouse and handed it to me with my receipt. I then say "Are you kidding me? She in turn tells me she'll put it in a big white garbage bag. I asked her if she would put my blouse on a hanger and put the garbage bag over it. She says to me she couldn't give me the hanger because of store policy. This was the worse experience I've had since shopping Avenue and I am a dedicated and a frequent shopper at that. I think I was treated very disrespectfully and believe I should be given a gift card for the money I spent. This experience was very humiliating.
This store need to improve! Refused an online return to the store and my wife had the receipt! If they are not going to follow corporate policy they need replaced with someone who will! I will encourage my wife to patronize less aggravating stores! ️
The prices are so high even when they are on sale you are paying too much. Things I thought were 50% werent, paid almost 200 dollars for 4 items.
