I did the Keratin Treatment about a week ago but wanted to wait until after washing my hair to share my experience. First, Tammy was the stylist who did my hair. She was super nice and very professional. All of the ladies were very welcoming. I am so happy i chose this salon to get my treatment done. As for the treatment. If you have curly and frizzy hair like myself i would recommend it, but if you wash your hair everyday like me you should be cautioned. I followed all of the directions and waited 3 full days (even a little longer) to finally wash my hair. After the first wash I completely loved it! It turned my curls wavy and was frizz free! However I notice that after every wash (even with the keratin shampoo and conditioner that went along with the treatment) my curls are coming back and some frizz is too. Not as much as it was to begin with though. I am currently on my 7th wash and I still like it, but it is a little more frizzier and with my curls back. The point is if you plan on washing your hair every day like myself, be aware that the keratin will start to wash off way sooner than expected. But overall, great experience and really great place to go do your hair!

Amazing professional service!! Tammy did an amazing job with my hair, I love how my hair turned out after Brazilian Blowout treatment and hair cut. She is an exceptionally attentive & talented stylist! I love the fact that she listens to our concerns and offers advice. She is very kind and will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. My hair looks straight, shiny and no frizz at all after the treatment. I would definitely go back for a touch up!! and I highly recommend her!!

Scheduling the appointment was very easy no problems, we agreed it would be best to schedule a week out so my hair could go through a few washes because it is so dark. After the phone call I was given a message to confirm the appointment , no problems there. Three days before my appointment I was given another text message to respond within 5 minutes to confirm otherwise my spot will be taken. First of all what kind of customer service is that?? I didn’t even see the message until an hour after it was sent I have a 6 month old I take care of by myself I’m not texting 24/7. Secondly who do you think you’re talking to? Cause you definitely have the wrong person. Wouldn’t want anyone from this salon touching my hair after the level of “professionalism” I was given .
