Literally the worst experience I've ever had as a customer (these guys make Congress look like the most productive, forthcoming group in history! This is also my 1st google review EVER). I paid 362 for a hood cleaning that all they literally did was wipe down the stainless steel on the OUTSIDE of the hood & literally didnt even touch the inside. The only reason I figured this out was because the fire marshal came in to do an inspection & opened up the hood system! So I reschedule to get the system actually cleaned.....attempt #2 the crew no shows. Then another two weeks go by so I ask what the deal is, come to find out my stores keys are in a truck on the way back to Minnesota (which no one told me about until I asked) so its going to be at least another week before someone could come out for attempt #3. At this point I just want my keys back & a refund.....so shocker....another two weeks goes by and I have neither! I dont think Averus could have cared any less about my business then they do/did, truly unbelievable!
