Make sure to give yourself time to find parking, the earlier, the better. All of the staff was really friendly and helpful. We got a quick run down on how to use the oars, what area to stay in, etc. It was a blast! And the weather was perfect. I highly recommend this place!!

Awesome service! Beautiful area. We saw otters, sea lions, a starfish, urchins, birdlike and from the lighthouse we saw dolphins swimming.

We had an amazing experience with Avila Beach Paddlesports. Not only was the experience of kayaking along the coast to witness sea otters and other marine life just simply breathtaking, but the owner Emily and her employees went above and beyond to help us. They showed us the best path to take up to visit the lighthouse with pointers on how best to navigate the kayak and Emily was simply an angel because we didn’t have a place to stay that night and she sought out connections to locate an available place for us. Highly highly recommend this business. We are definitely coming back.
