This is a very nice community. Clean and quiet. We have been here 4 years. We enjoy gardening and landscaping on this decent size lot. There is a very nice park and basketball court. We feel very safe and everyone waves as you drive by. I like the location just off of I-81 between Scranton and Wilkes Barre. Everything is easy to get to. It is much better to live here than some half double on a crowded street in Scranton or Wilkes Barre.

I have been living here since 1986it's quiet and peaceful just like most other and trailer parks I'm close to everything 81 Wilkes-Barre come out and check it out
Have lived here for more than 15 years and new owners every couple of years and increased lot rent every year.
Moosic, es estilo rural, bello, las casas son hermosas, sus jardines alegres, festivos, lugar muy tranquilo, apacible, el clima para mí es frío. Sus noches són placidas. Un buen lugar para descansar o bien vivir.
