I highly recommend Arden Courts of Avon. The staff there is wonderful! They are a caring, loving team of professionals. Since the beginning of the Covid pandemic, they have made sure that we can call, Facetime and safely visit our mom outside. They have tended to all of her needs, kept her healthy and given us great peace of mind. They have a passion for bringing joy and as much independence as possible to the lives of their residents. They let us know when health-related concerns come up, but never burden us with the day to day challenges of memory care. They have provided peace of mind to me and my entire family. Arden Courts of Avon is a beautiful facility inside and out.They have an enclosed courtyard like no other in memory care. The Nursing Supervisor Melissa is a dedicated caring proffesional with an excellent well trained nursing team. They have one wonderful activity after another. It truly feels like their an extended family on a resort vacation there! I would highly recommend looking at this facility for your loved one.
I highly recommend Arden Courts of Avon. As an industry professional, I have worked with them for months. They have a wonderfully pleasant team in the front office, and that presence spreads down to their care team. Randy is a great guy to know and makes you feel welcomed and apart of their community. Suzanne is super knowledgable and resourceful (everything you need to be a great marketer) and Melissa is the great point person for their care team. During COVID it was a lot of her ideas and implemented practices that kept their building virtually COVID free. It's now been 2 paragraphs and I haven't even mentioned the thing they are known for and do best, Memory Care. So again, do I recommend Arden Courts of Avon? 100%!!!
I feel very comfortable having my mother at Arden Courts in Avon. The aides are very caring, Randy and staff are friendly and approachable, and the overall environment is warm and homey. The facility is appropriately set up, with a very nicely landscaped, enclosed outside area - great for long, slow walks.
I am an administrative services assistant at Arden Courts of Avon. After a lengthy career as a marketing director in Assisted Living communities, I semi-retired and hoped to find part time work in a friendly and similar environment . Arden Courts has more than met my expectations. The staff are warm, friendly and always very helpful. The residents are treated with total respect and the activity schedule is constant and amazing. I believe the level of care is the best I have witnessed.
